What is in here

Swords are the backbone here, from a plain straight blade to a katana, a sabre and a bronze age sword, and the axes run alongside them from a hand axe to a Viking axe to a broad battle axe. Past the blades sit the ranged pieces: bows and crossbows, spears and tridents, throwing stars and throwing knives, and the powder era with muskets, blunderbusses, rifles, revolvers and cannon. Siege engines, a trebuchet and a catapult, close the historical end, and the sheaths and scabbards made to carry a blade are here with the blades rather than filed as luggage.

Where these get used

Games are the obvious home, where an inventory screen needs a dozen weapons that look like they came from one world rather than one asset store, and a shared lighting setup does more for that than any amount of individual detail. History and museum sites use them where a photograph of a real artefact is either unavailable or too grim, and mythology and folklore projects use the swords and spears as narrative props. Tabletop tools use them for character sheets and equipment lists, education products use them for period timelines, and book covers and film pitch decks borrow them where a real weapon photograph would set the wrong tone entirely.
